Membership Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds work specifically for membership passes (monthly, multipass, annual) and supplements the broader Refund Policy. For coaching sessions see the Coaching Policy.

Day passes

Day passes follow the Refund Policy — refundable within 7 days of purchase if unused; non-refundable once you've checked in.

Multipasses

  • Unused within 7 days of purchase: full refund to the original payment method.
  • Partially used within 7 days of purchase: refund equal to the unused sessions priced at the prevailing day-pass rate, deducted from the purchase price.
  • Expired multipass with unused sessions: forfeited and not refunded except where Philippine law requires otherwise.

Monthly passes

  • Unused within 7 days of purchase: full refund.
  • After first check-in: non-refundable. A monthly pass can be frozen once per term for up to 14 days — contact the desk to request.
  • Medical inability to use the pass with supporting documentation: we may pro-rate a refund for the remaining unused portion at the gym's discretion. Reach out — we're flexible.

Annual passes

  • Unused within 7 days of purchase: full refund.
  • Within the first 30 days after activation: refund of the remaining months at the prevailing monthly-pass rate, deducted from the purchase price.
  • After 30 days of activation: non-refundable, but the pass may be transferred to another individual once at no charge, subject to staff approval.

Gifted passes

A pass gifted by the gym admin (direct gift or redemption link) is non-refundable because no money changed hands. The recipient inherits all the benefits and limitations described above, including freeze rights for monthly+ and the underlying duration / shelf-life clocks.
